MODEL CONTENT LICENCE AND PUBLICATION RELEASE — version 2026-11-05.5

1. Material covered. This agreement covers only the photos and video clips attached to this submission, identified in the saved file manifest. It does not cover future uploads or shoots. Only I may appear in or be heard in the material; no other identifiable people are permitted.
2. My confirmations. I am at least 18 today and was at least 18 when every file was created. I submit voluntarily, have capacity to agree and am not acting under pressure. I own the copyright or have written authority from the copyright owner to grant this licence. I will supply evidence of that authority when requested. My own model consent does not replace a photographer's or producer's copyright permission.
3. Licence. Subject to my selected permissions, I grant Media Creator Group a non-exclusive licence to copy, store, host, display and distribute these files worldwide through these named private password protected websites only: Mycreatorjobs.com and other official modeljobs websites owned by Media Creator Group. Copyright remains with its owner. Service providers may process the files only to deliver these permitted uses. There is no permission to sell the copyright, sublicense to unrelated publishers, or use other websites without a further agreement. Worldwide access means viewers in other countries may see permitted publications.Licence duration: 12 months from the date of submission.
4. Publication choices. Any use of these files authorised by this release must remain behind password protection on the websites covered above. I separately choose whether to permit paid membership access or paid downloads, which must also remain behind password protection. This release does not authorise public previews, public profiles containing these files, social media, tube sites, third-party advertising or any other public use. Any public use may be discussed later, case by case, and requires a separate affirmative agreement identifying the specific files, destinations and permitted public uses before that use begins. My legal name, email, date of birth and verification records must not be published. Use my supplied stage name only.
5. Editing and limits. Cropping, resizing, compression, colour correction and short excerpts are allowed within the permissions I select. No AI training, synthetic sexual imagery, face swaps, misleading endorsement, or humiliating or defamatory presentation is authorised.
6. Payment. Min wage: £40 per hour. No employment, booking, guaranteed publication or additional payment is promised beyond those stated terms. Payment will be assessed and quoted on receipt of images and payment will be made within 7 days. Bank transfer details will be obtained after assessment. Full details of further contracts will be provided in due course.
7. Review before use. Submission is not automatic publication. Independent identity and age checks, review of copyright authority and content review are required before use. My email address is recorded as supplied and is not verified by this form. No confirmation email or emailed release copy is sent; I can save or print the release copy displayed after submission. A typed name or age declaration alone is not age or identity verification. This release grants no permission for any future sexual activity, shoot or meeting.
8. Personal information and withdrawal. The privacy notice explains processing, lawful bases, recipients, international transfers, retention and rights: https://mycreatorjobs.com/privacy-policy Retention summary: Rejected forms data will be deleted within 12 weeks, personal IDs and release docs must be retained for as long as required by UK law. Where use relies on data protection consent, I may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting creatorclubpro@gmail.com and quoting my submission reference. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing. You will stop consent-based use and address removal from systems you control as required by law; you cannot guarantee recovery of unauthorised copies others have made. Any limited retention for legal claims must have an appropriate separate legal basis and restricted access. This agreement does not waive statutory data protection rights.
9. Electronic signature. By typing my full legal name, selecting the relevant statements and pressing Sign and submit, I intend to authenticate this release. The saved record includes the exact release and checkbox statements, my choices, the attached file names, sizes and SHA-256 hashes, submission time and IP address. A copy is displayed immediately after submission for me to save or print. It is not emailed to me. An IP address is supporting evidence, not proof of identity.
10. Law. This agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing mandatory rights or jurisdiction protections applicable to me. It is a simple agreement, not a deed.
